Purchase $10 worth of Swiffer refills and receive a $5 debit card OR
Purchase $20 worth of Swiffer refills and receive a $10 debit card.
Just print out the form from their website, fill it out, and mail it in along with your receipts. You have until May 15, 2009 to purchase your Swiffer items.
(This sure makes my Swiffer purchase at Publix the other day a lot less painful!)
